The process of injection molding machine is generally divided into several stages, such as clamping, injection, melting, holding pressure, cooling and mold opening.
At present, the injection molding machine has been equipped with an energy-saving servo pump system, and only the melt action cannot save energy. Therefore, 70% of the remaining power consumption of the whole machine comes from the melt system.
The traditional glue melting system (or feeding system, mixing system) is driven by hydraulic motor, but in the hydraulic system, only 40% of the energy is fully utilized, the remaining 20% is the resistance loss of hydraulic pipeline, the friction loss of the pump and the hydraulic drive loss each account for 15%, and 10% is the loss of hydraulic valve.
