The process of injection molding machine is generally divided into several stages, such as clamping, injection, melting, holding pressure, cooling and mold opening.
At present, the injection molding machine has been equipped with an energy-saving servo pump system, and only the melt action cannot save energy. Therefore, 70% of the remaining power consumption of the whole machine comes from the melt system.
